What We Do:

We are building one of India’s first venture studios focused on deep tech.
We don’t just build theses but also prototype and incubate startups in-house. We want to use deep tech innovations to tackle meaningful, hard-to-solve problems. We are driven by radical impact, not just incremental improvements—we believe this will come from ideas that truly scale to the next billion or build frontier technologies in India.

What You Would Do:

• Build detailed investment/incubation theses: Conduct in-depth industry research to understand landscapes and identify potential opportunities for disruption.
• Generate and validate customer insights: Get hands-on, gathering customer insights and conducting on-ground visits to validate investment theses.
• Incubate new ideas: Explore and tinker with new ideas—internally or with future entrepreneurs who don’t have a specific idea yet—and go through the 0-to-1 journey of building companies (surely, with some failed attempts!).
• Build prototypes of ideas: Collaborate with internal teams and entrepreneurs to develop prototypes, translating concepts into tangible products and quickly testing MVPs to assess feasibility.
• Achieve product-market fit: Work on achieving product-market fit through constant experimentation—testing hypotheses, building MVPs, and creating feedback loops using user input and market signals to guide improvements.

Also, we are a startup ourselves. From our strategy and branding to rituals and internal team building, there is a lot to be done on our journey to becoming a leading incubator of great companies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management. Experience in building 0-to-1 products is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills: A proven ability to tackle challenging, undefined problems, regardless of brand or title.
• Ability to handle tech, design, and business aspects: You can seamlessly balance technical, design, and business aspects to take a product from 0 to 100.
• Growth mindset: A passion for learning about diverse topics, testing new ideas, and continuously seeking feedback and learning opportunities.
• Self-drive: You’ll be working in a highly self-managed team, co-creating objectives and key results (OKRs) rather than relying on traditional management. You enjoy taking ownership of ambiguous projects and pushing them forward.

We Might Not Be the Right Match If:

• You thrive in structure—you value a clear scope of work and deliverables, predictability, and top-down management.
• You enjoy strategy but not execution—you don’t want to pick up the operational work of speaking with customers, finding and onboarding suppliers, writing ad copies, and building MVPs.
